FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How does the Mirror Booth work?
Step in front of the mirror, touch the screen to start and follow the animated prompts. Choose to instantly print, email or sms your photo.
Does the mirror booth offers SMS feature without additional cost?
That is a given and part of the feature of our Mirror Photo Booth and what’s good about it is that you not spare a dime or a cent to send your photo via email or SMS. Absolutely free of any charge!
How long does it take you to set up the mirror booth?
It takes us around 1.5 hours to set up. Setup is free of charge and outside the hire time.
How much space do we need?
Our mirror booth dimensions are 1.5 metre x 0.9 metre x 0.45 metre (L x W x D) and will fit to any of your space requirement. If you will use a backdrop, we need around 2.5m x 2.5 metres space minimum as this is the size of the backdrop.
The mirror needs to be placed near a mains power supply and we are able to use power cables to extend if needed.
How much notice do you need for events?
We easily get booked so make sure you send us an email for availability as soon as possible.
Will there be an attendant?
We offer a complete service & support package for your entire event so a minimum of 1 fully trained attendant will stay to make sure the photo booth machine runs smoothly.
Do you have an insurance?
Yes, we are insured with Public Liability Insurance up to $20M.
How much deposit do I need to pay?
We take a $100 deposit to secure your date then the remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event.
