Step 1. Check Availability & Get a Quote

Fill out our enquiry form to check availability and get your free quote.

Step 2. Accept quote and pay deposit

Once you’re happy with your quote: Click the quote link in your quote email.
Complete the short booking form with your event details and contact info.
Pay a $100 deposit online to secure your date (credit card, bank transfer, or Afterpay).
You’ll receive an instant booking confirmation and receipt via email.
Your date is now locked in and reserved exclusively for you.

Step 3. Finalise Details Before Your Event

In the week leading up to your event, we’ll contact you to:
Confirm delivery time and setup location
Finalise your custom print template (names, date, logo, hashtag)
Confirm backdrop and prop (if applicable) Answer any last-minute questions
On the day, our friendly attendant will arrive early, set up seamlessly, and keep the fun running all night.

Step 4. Final payment

Balance due 7 days before your event.
