What We're Looking For
- Confident with guests and well presented at weddings and corporate events
- Sharp attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and good with time management
- Comfortable working unsupervised for long stretches
- Calm under pressure
- Old-school when it comes to customer service, you believe it still matters
- Comfortable following checklists
- Technically capable
- Able to communicate professionally with venue staff
- Current Australian driver’s licence
- Reasonably fit and healthy, comfortable lifting and setting up equipment
- Happy working late evenings and nights
- Legal right to work in Australia
The Role Includes
- Pick up and return equipment from Truganina
- Deliver, set up, and pack down the photo booth following Oz Photo Booths procedures
- Welcome guests and explain how the booth works
- Encourage participation and help guests pose with props
- Monitor the queue and keep it moving
- Look after the guest book and assist guests with it
- Assist with prints and digital sharing
- Refill consumables and keep the booth clean
- Watch for unsafe behaviour
- Report any equipment problems and keep the client informed
- Pack down according to the checklist
- Be on your feet for extended periods
- Bring a fantastic attitude and genuine desire to create a great event experience
- Treat every customer’s celebration with the respect it deserves
